Lentimas Town is accessed by taking a plane from Mistralton City. It is a desert town high up on the mountain but does contain some helpful characters including one of Unova's move tutors. It also has a runway which can give access to return to Mistralton City.

In a house in the town, by the Pokémon Centre, you'll be able to teach your Pokémon various moves if you have enough Blue Shards.

Aqua Tail			10	90	90	The user attacks by swinging its tail as if it were a vicious wave in a raging storm.
Earth Power			10	90	100	The user makes the ground under the target erupt with power. It may also lower the target's Sp. Def.
Zen Headbutt			15	80	90	The user focuses its willpower to its head and attacks the target. It may also make the target flinch.
Foul Play			15	95	100	The user turns the target's power against it. The higher the target's Attack stat, the greater the damage.
Superpower			5	120	100	The user attacks the target with great power. However, it also lowers the user's Attack and Defense.
Gravity			5	--	--	Gravity is intensified for five turns, making moves involving flying unusable and negating Levitate.
Dragon Pulse			10	90	100	The target is attacked with a shock wave generated by the user's gaping mouth.
Dark Pulse			15	80	100	The user releases a horrible aura imbued with dark thoughts. It may also make the target flinch.
