Beedrill, The Poison Bee Pokémon. It Flies at high speeds and attacks using it's large venomous stingers. It has 3 stingers on it's forelegs and it's tail. It can take down any opponenet with it's stingers. It sometimes attacks in swarms. The stinger on it's tail releases the most poisonous venom. After defeating it's prey, it takes them back to their nest to feed. It is extremely territorial. Nobody should approach it's nest for their own safety.

Strategy Using Beedrill
Beedrill has been given the chance to learn Swords dance in Fire Red/Leaf green, although its a little fragile when it comes to defense, it may need swords dance to power its attack.
Sludge bomb is an excellent poison move, since it gains STAB, it can do quite a bit of damage to your opponent.
HP Bug is to take advantage of Both STAB and its ability, which is Swarm (Mulitplies Beedrill's bug type moves by 1.5 when HP is very low). Although it may not get a chance to use this ability with such low defenses.
I like Brick break on this pokemon, its quite a versatile move that will cover some of its weaknesses, such as Rock, Ice, Steel pokemon.
For a nature, give it Adamant or a nature that boosts its speed, the Berry should be ammended accordingly. For the EV's, place them in Attack and speed, both of which Beedrill relies on if it wants that extra stat increase.
Beedrill is a decent Pokemon since it can use its ability, type combo and movepool to power it up enough to deal damage, it may not be the strongest of all Pokemon there is, but it can still hold its own in a battle.

Strategy Against Beedrill
Beedrill' Defense is below average where it's Special is above so a Physical Volley or a Fire/Psychic/Flying Volley should work.
