Summary
Liko, Roy & Uruto have heard an eyewitness account of Lucius' Rayquaza near Blackthorn City. However, when they go there, a group of Cyclizar riders appear before them. They claim to know about the Rayquaza but start a fight with Liko, Roy & Uruto. Will they be able to find the Rayquaza?
