Summary
Roy, Liko and Ult have returned to the shrine where the Black Rayquaza has been resting following the battle in Laqua. Roy manages to get through to it to get it to help but Pagogo causes it Terastallize into the Dragon type. A battle soon begins for Rayquaza to test Roy and Ult's strength, and this time it's to become its true partner. Will they manage to show their strength
