Steelix | |
Steelix is the fifth Illumina Pokémon to encounter. Steelix will dart from cave to cave, often needing to be taunted out using Fluffruit. Its appearances are often fleeting requiring some quick reflexes with the Illumina Orbs On subsequent visits, several Pokémon will interact with Steelix, changing its attack patterns. If you awaken the Crobat, if you only awaken the right one, it will be using Iron Tail for a 4 star photo opportunity, if you awaken both or the left one, it will bite into rocks. If you awaken neither, you will get it sleeping at the end for another 4 Star Photo | |

Noibat | |
Noibat will fly through the start of the stage and various other parts to give indications of where Steelix will be. At the end, if you have awakened the Crobat and helped Steelix fight it off, either through intimidation or use of Iron Tail, a solitary Noibat will be seen cheering with the Steelix for a 4 star picture | |

Carbink | |
Carbink can be found resting on rocks in the early part of the stage. It will disappear and run for cover as Steelix breaks through. It can also be found in the ruins | |

Sableye | |
Sableye can be found resting on rocks in the early part of the stage. It will disappear and run for cover as Steelix breaks through. It can also be found in the ruins. In the ruins, lure the Sableye together with a Fluffruit. Take a picture of the Sableye together for a 4 Star photo | |

Joltik | |
Joltik can be found resting on rocks in the early part of the stage. It will disappear and run for cover as Steelix breaks through. It can also be found in the ruins. | |

Crobat | |
In the front of the stage, throw an Illumina Orb at Noibat and wait for Steelix to stick its head out of the cave. Noibat will Supersonic and Crobat will fly out. In the bridge chamber, Crobat can be summoned in the stage by lighting up some Crystabloomss while also making sure Steelix is active or on the right sleeping in an alcove. It will have a face off with Steelix part way through the stage | |

Steelix Takes a Breather | Get a picture of Steelix and Noibat calm together. Start by scanning at the start of the stage at Noibat. Then continue the stage as normal, make sure to not awaken any Crobat during your trip to get it. Steelix will then enter at the end of the stage to see Steelix taking a breath |
