Pokémon Direct
It is time for the Pokémon Direct. This Direct is said to bring big news for the Pokémon series and is airing from 15:00 UTC. We're hosting the stream below, but will also update this update with images, trailers and information as it all comes so be sure to keep checking back.
Edit @ 15:05: Pokémon Sun & Moon confirmed, with the press release listing it as the next generation. Also Pokémon Bank will allow for Red, Blue & Yellow to send data to Pokémon Bank and be received into Pokémon Sun & Moon. They cannot be directly received by X, Y, Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire

Pokémon Red, Green, Blue & Pikachu
For those of you with a Japanese 3DS, Pokémon Red, Pokémon Green, Pokémon Blue and Pokémon Pikachu are all now available to download and play on your Nintendo 3DS. These all cost 1500¥ and come with a serial code for Mew in Pokémon X, Y, Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire. We covered these games in full long ago including our recently updated Generation 1 Pokédex as well as various other pages. Click our image. They will be live in other regions soon.

Pokémon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire
For those of you with a Japanese 3DS and games, the Mew event is now available for all people who have purchased Pokémon Red, Green, Blue or Yellow from the Nintendo 3DS eShop. This Mew is Level 5 and come with the move Pound. It is available until March 31st 2017.

The free piece of Nintendo 3DS software, Nintendo Badge Arcade, had its weekly update in Europe and has added a variety of new badges featuring various Pokémon including the first Mega Evolution badges, totalling 15 new panels added today.
