Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon - VGC 2019

For those of you with Pokémon Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, the previously unobtainable berries of Enigma Berry, Micle Berry, Custap Berry, Jaboca Berry & Rowap Berry are now being distributed to all players globally using Mystery Gift > Receive Via Internet. This gift comes with 12 of each Berry and is available until 23:59 UTC on September 2nd 2019 so be sure to get it while you can. With this, these berries are also legal in all official competitions

Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon - Battle Competition

Details for the next Battle Competition have been announced. This is the Simple Symphony competition. This is a Single Battle competition using special rules where only Pokémon of a single type can be used, excluding Mythical Pokémon and various Legendary Pokémon. Mega Stones can also not be used on the Pokémon
Registration runs from January 17th through January 24th 2018. Battles will run from January 25th through January 27th. All entrants will get 50 BP

Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon - VGC 2019

The Pokémon Global Link has gone through its usual maintenance and, along with starting Season 14, The Championship Battle ladder on Battle Spot has shifted to match the VGC 2019 Moon Series ruleset and, to match that, there are now Download Rules to allow for local and online battles to be forced to use this ruleset
Battle Type: Double Battle
Pokémon Restrictions: National Pokédex.
Pokémon Limits: Teams may have no more than two of the following Pokémon: Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem, Xerneas, Yveltal, Zygarde, Cosmog, Cosmoem, Solgaleo, Lunala & Necrozma.
Banned Pokémon: Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Deoxys, Phione, Manaphy, Darkrai, Shaymin, Arceus, Victini, Keldeo, Meloetta, Genesect, Diancie, Hoopa, Volcanion, Magearna, Marshadow, Zearora or Ash-Greninja, Pokémon not captured or hatched in Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon
Banned Items: All Mega Stones, Red Orb, Blue Orb, Ultranecrozium Z
Banned Moves: Dragon Ascent

Pokémon VGC 2019 - Ruleset

The ruleset for all Video Game Championships events has changed as of today. From today until April 1st, all VGC events will be running the Moon Series GS Cup rules. This bans all Mega Stones, Red Orb, Blue Orb and Dragon Ascent while allowing 2 Restricted Legendary Pokémon per team

Pokémon Shuffle has begun Week 24 of its event cycle, the final week. This cycle continues the Escalation Battle from last week as well as the following stages that will run for a week
The Ultra Challenge Stage is a stage for Necrozma
The Great Challenge Stages are Alolan Sandslash, Carnivine, Azelf, Archen & Palossand
The Daily Pokémon are Slurpuff (Winking), Audino (Winking), Togetic (Winking), Carbink (Winking) & Swirlix (Winking)
There's a One Chance Per Day stage for Cosmoem
There's a Special stage for Hoopa Unbound
There's an Escalation Battle for Primarina that lasts one week.
In addition to this, there's a Pokémon Safari containing Fletchling, Hoppip (Winking), Zigzagoon, Skiploom (Winking), Snorunt (Winking), Fletchinder, Linoone, Alolan Vulpix, Jumpluff (Winking) & Glalie (Winking)
