Pokémon Sword & Shield
CoroCoro has confirmed some new details for the upcoming distributions of Shiny Celebi and Zarude that are set for Japan to tie in with the movie Coco
Shiny Celebi comes with the Lucky Egg and the moves Magical Leaf, Future Sight, Life Dew and Heal Bell
Zarude will come with Leftovers and the moves Close Combat, Power Whip, Swagger and Snarl

The next online competition has been announced. This competition, Extreme Speed! Single Battles!, is a Single Battle competition runs unique rules with shorter times. It also bans Dynamax and Pokémon Preview. It allows for any Pokémon currently in Sword & Shield to be used, even if transferred from Pokémon HOME. Download Rules are also now available for this competition.
Match Time: 10 Minutes
Player Time: 5 Minutes
Turn Time: 10 Seconds
Pokémon Select Time: 30 Seconds
Battles per day: 15
Pokémon Used: Bring from 1 Pokémon for the battle.
Registration is open now until to March 19th 23:59 UTC. Battles will run from March 20th 00:00 UTC to March 22nd 23:59 UTC. All players get 50BP

Niantic have announced the Genesect Special Research. This is to tie in with the special Genesect themed weekend event. This Special Research is a ticketed event that will run from March 20th at 08:00 local time to March 26th at 22:00 local time. However, once you start the research, you can finish it at any time
This Research adds the first encounter with Genesect, a special medal, Research which includes Pinsir, Scizor, Skarmory, Karrablast, and Shelmet as well as Durant. A special Genesect set of items and 5 Premium Battle Passes, 3 Super Incubators, 3 Charged TMs, 3 Fast TMs, 3 Incense, 3 Star Pieces, 1 Poffin, 15 Rare Candies, and 1 Glacial Lure. The tickets cost $7.99.
Following this event, Genesect will start to appear in EX Raids in April

The GO Battle League Celebration event in Pokémon GO is starting to roll out. This event runs from March 13th at 08:00 local time until March 16th at 22:00 local time and features an increase in Fighting-type Pokémon spawns, the introduction of Shiny Timburr, and Giratina Altered Forme in Raid Battles. In addition to that, you'll receive a Premium Battle Pass when you win all 5 battles in a set on the Premium Track. You can have 7 sets of GO Battle League battles a day and gain more Stardust for battling

Niantic have confirmed that the restrictions on play in Japan and Korea due to the current global health crisis are starting to ease up. They will have the Genesect Weekend event as planned, with the Special Research. They will also have prolonged Raid Events, lasting longer than other countries
From March 18th through March 23rd, Cobalion will enter Raid Battles in these regions. It can be Shiny and has the move Secret Sword. This runs from March 20th through March 23rd in the rest of the world.
From March 25th through March 31st, Lugia will enter Raid Battles in these regions. It has the move Aeroblast. This runs from March 25th through March 31st in the rest of the world.
From March 27th, the Psychic Spectacular event will run as scheduled
