Pokémon Sword & Shield - VGC Ruleset
Ranked Battle Series 11/Season 24 is now live. This ruleset returns to the set of using 1 Restricted Pokémon and brings back Dynamax. This season will run from November 1st at 04:00 UTC to November 30th at 23:59 UTC. Be sure to check out our section for full details and Pokémon restrictions.
With this, the twenty-third season of Pokémon Sword & Shield's Ranked Battle has come to an end and with it, the rewards for participation in battles is now live. To get them, you need to check your ranking in the Ranked Battle mode and then go to Mystery Gift > Receive via Battle Stadium. These rewards include BP and items range from Armorite Ore up to Bottle Caps depending upon your placement.

Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO event. This event is the Festival of Lights and is due to run from November 5th from 10:00 to November 14th at 20:00 local time. It introduces Dedenne into the game and comes in two parts
Part 1:
Friendship levels increase twice as fast, Gifts provide more rewards and you can open 45 gifts a day
The Misunderstood Mischief Special Research continues
Pikachu, Magnemite, Slugma, Whismur, Electrike, Blitzle, Cottonee, Darumaka, Tynamo, Litwick, Fennekin and Dedenne will be in the wild
Vulpix, Magnemite, Electabuzz, Magmar, Electrike, Blitzle, Darumaka, Litleo and Dedenne will be in Field Research
Charmander, Vulpix, Chinchou, Litwick and Dedenne will be in 1 Star Raids
Alolan Raichu, Electabuzz, Magmar and Bellossom will be in 3 star raids
Alolan Geodude, Chinchou, Pichu, Vulpix, Magby, Elekid, Budew will be in 7km Eggs
In India,on November 7th from 16:00 to 19:00 local time, there will be 2* Catch Candy and Blitzle & Dedenne will be in the wild more
There will be Dedenne themed avatar items and stickers
Part 2 - With Light Comes Shadow...
From November 9th, Team GO Rocket will appear more. You will be able to use a Charge TM to make a Shadow Pokémon forget Frustration and GO Rocket grunts will appear more at PokéStops and Balloons

The Pokémon GO Día de Muertos event is now rolling out. This event runs from 10:00 local time until 20:00 local time on November 2nd and features increased spawns to celebrate Dia de Muertos. The Research Breakthrough Pokémon have shifted. From now until December 1st at 21:00 UTC, when you unlock a Research Breakthrough reward, the Pokémon will be Vullaby and, with this, Field Research is shifting

It has been confirmed that casual events such as League, Prerelease, Non-CP Tournaments are to now open up inArgentina, Italy, Spain, and Sweden in addition to the previously opened up Chile, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Malta and Uruguay, Australia and New Zealand. The special guidance for events is to be followed.
