Pokémon Sword & Shield - VGC Ruleset
Ranked Battle Series 13/Season 34 is now live. This ruleset is a unique one in being the first Ranked Battle season ever to include Mythical Pokémon, allowing them and other Restricted Legendary Pokémon with no limits to numbers. This season will run from September 1st at 04:00 UTC to September 30th at 23:59 UTC. Be sure to check out our section for full details and Pokémon restrictions.
With this, the thirty-third season of Pokémon Sword & Shield's Ranked Battle has come to an end and with it, the rewards for participation in battles is now live. To get them, you need to check your ranking in the Ranked Battle mode and then go to Mystery Gift > Receive via Battle Stadium. These rewards include BP and items range from Armorite Ore up to Bottle Caps depending upon your placement.

Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO event. This event is the Psychic Spectacular event and is due to run from September 6th at 10:00 to September 12th at 20:00 local time and introduces Mega Alakazam and Shiny Elgyem into the game
Alakazam will know the move Psychic when caught or evolved during this event
Abra, Slowpoke, Drowzee, Natu, Ralts, Spoink, Munna, Woobat, Gothia, Solosis and Elgyem will spawn in the wild
Unown E, P S and Espurr will be in 1 Star Raids. Unown cannot be Shiny
Alolan Raichu, Wobbuffet, Girafarig and Oranguru will be in 3 Star Raids
Mega Alakazam will be in Mega Raids
Smoochum, Wynaut and Chingling will be in 7km Eggs
Baltoy, Chimecho, Elgyem and Hypno will be in Field Research tasks
There will be Timed Research focused on Curveball Throws through the event which also includes multiple encounters with Elgyem
In the Deoxys Raid Day, all forms will be available in raids with increased chance of them being Shiny and players can get up to 5 additional Daily Raid Passes

The Season of GO season is now rolling out in Pokémon GO. This runs from 10:00 local time today to 10:00 local time on December 1st 2022 and features differing spawns, as well as new Raid Bosses, Egg Pools, and more. It also contains some Special Research that allows for you to get Cosmog. More of this Special Research will unlock as the season progresses

The newest Pokémon GO Battle League Season has begun. This season ties with the Season of Light and offers a variety of rewards based around Guzma. It runs until December 1st 2022 with rulesets changing weekly. Our section has been updated with full details
Alongside this, a special pass has gone live based on GO Battle League offering a 5 part Timed Research, the GO Battle League Timed Research, which runs for the duration of the event. We're currently collating all details of this Research

The Research Breakthrough Pokémon have shifted. From now until October 1st at 20:00 UTC, when you unlock a Research Breakthrough reward, the Pokémon will be Medicham and, with this, Field Research is shifting

If you are a Verizon Customer, you can receive a code for the research through ther Verizon UP Rewards section of your app and can access this Timed Research until November 30th. The next Master Fair Scout has begun in Pokémon Masters EX, tying in with the Threads of Strength event. This Master Fair Scout offers Red Sygna Suit (Thunderbolt) & Pikachu. It runs until October 3rd 2022

The Pokémon Café ReMix Kirlia Points Event has begun. This event has players collect points by playing various stages in order to gain a special outfit for Kirlia, the Grand Gown. This runs until September 9th
