Today marks the Pokémon GO Community Day. On this day, for three hours in each region, Mudkip will appear, enmass, in Pokémon GO with a chance of Shiny Mudkip appearing. During this event, when you evolve Marshtomp into Swampert, it will know the moves Hydro Cannon, which is exclusive to this event. This coincides with 3* Catch Experience, and 3 hour Incense. This runs at these times:
