Pokémon Scarlet & Violet
During today's Nintendo Direct, some new information on Pokémon Scarlet & Violet's Hidden Treasures of Area Zero DLC was revealed. This showed a variety of information and the first footage of the areas of the game
Following this Direct, until July 2nd 2023, a Special Tera Raid Battle will run which will feature Chest Form Gimmighoul, alongside the introduction of Shiny Gimmighoul

Edit @ 15:41: We have updated our The Teal Mask and The Indigo Disk sections to include a list of all newly revealed returning Pokémon
Okidogi, Munkidori and Fezandipiti have the new ability, Toxic Chain, which may cause the opponent to be badly poisoned when the user hits them with a move
Mossui Town in Kitakami is the location where players head in the Teal Mask where there's lots of locals, shops and more
In The Indigo Disk, there is the Terarium Dome which has four different ecosystems for Pokémon to dwell within
Cyrano is the director of the Blueberry Academy and invites players there while Lacey is a second year student who shows the player around
Gligar will be exclusive to Scarlet while Aipom exclusive to Violet.

Detective Pikachu
During today's Nintendo Direct, the new Detective Pikachu game was finally showcased for the first time since its initial reveal in May 2019. This game is called Detective Pikachu Returns and will launch on Nintendo Switch on October 6th 2023

Pokémon Scarlet & Violet
The next Tera Raid Battle event has been announced for Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. This event features battles against 1 to 5 Star Gimmighoul Chest Form and, if you are lucky, you will be able to get Shiny Chest Form Gimmighoul
This event runs from 15:00 UTC today until 23:59 UTC on July 2nd 2023

Edit @ 18:55: Following a slight glitch with the raid for Scarlet players, a hotfix has been pushed fixing the rewards for Scarlet and fixing any mismatch between Scarlet & Violet players

Pokémon Scarlet & Violet - Distribution
Another new distribution has begun in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. This distribution will give players a Friend Ball, 10 Nuggets and 10 Rare Candy.
The code is TREASUREHUNT.

Pokémon GO
Niantic have announced that Mega Rayquaza will be available to players at Pokémon GO Fest Osaka, London & New York before Pokémon GO Fest Global. To get it, you need your Rayquaza to know the move Dragon Ascent which it can only learn by using a Meteorite which can be obtained by completeing Research Tasks in GO Fests.
It will appear in Mega Raids throughout the Host City but only ticketed players will get Mega Energy until Global event.
All trainers will get Special Research in GO Fest Global on August 27th to get a Meteorite with ticketed players getting longer Research with more rewards and another Meteorite
When Mega Evolved, Flying, Psychic and Dragon-type moves will do even more damage and those types of Pokémon will give increased Candy and experience when caught

The Timed Research for purchasing a Pokémon GO Fest Global ticket is starting to roll out from 17:00 local time today. This Timed Research is focused around the Pokémon Carbink and is available for all players from 10:00 local time on June 21st if they have bought a Pokémon GO Fest ticket before July 5th. If you haven't bought the ticket yet, you can by then and still receive the research

The Pokémon GO Team GO Rocket Takeover event is rolling out globally, from 00:00 local time today through to 23:59 local time on June 25th. This event adds Shiny Pancham and Pangoro to the game, alongside Special Research to get a Super Rocket Radar to face Giovanni and get a Shadow Regirock

Niantic have confirmed that, for the remainder of the Solstice Horizons event, which runs until June 25th 2023 at 20:00 local time, after listening to feedback from players, night time spawns will no longer be tied to be 2 hours after sunset until sunrise, but rather will now spawn from 6pm to 6am local time

Ahead of the Pokémon Café ReMix third anniversary event on Friday, a new image has been released showcasing three new costumes for the game, specifically Crown costumes for Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle. At present it's not clear how these will be obtained in the game but we'll provide full details as they come so be sure to check back
