The next Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Online Competition has been announced. This competition is the Grand Challenge 2025 III competition and runs standard Regulation H rules
Registration is open from 00:00 UTC on November 28th until December 5th at 23:59 UTC while battles run from 00:00 UTC on December 6th through 23:59 UTC on December 8th.
This competition also gives 10,000 League Points, 1 Gold Bottle Cap and 1 Ability Patch to all players who complete 3 or more battles

The next Pokémon GO event is rolling out in Asia Pacific regions. This event is the Beyond Wild Area event which is available from November 25th through November 29th for players who completed the Special Research in the Pokémon GO Wild Area event.

Today is Day 2 of the Pokémon Sacramento Regional Championships. Today features battles for three of the games in the current Play! Pokémon Circuit: TCG, GO and Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. All three games will be streamed in individual streams
The Pokémon VG Stream begins at 17:45 (GMT) / 12:45 (EST) / 09:45 (PST)
The Pokémon TCG Stream begins at 18:45 (GMT) / 13:45 (EST) / 18:45 (PST)
The Pokémon GO Stream begins at 18:15 (GMT) / 13:15 (EST) / 10:15 (PST)
We have all the streams in our Play! Pokémon Stream Hub which allows for tabbing between all streams or loading all together

Today, we are covering a Pokémon introduced in the eighth generation. In times past, it worked together with a king of the people to save the Galar region. It absorbs metal that it then uses in battle. This Pokémon slept for aeons while in the form of a statue. It was asleep for so long, people forgot that it ever existed. Its ability to deflect any attack led to it being known as the Fighting Master's Shield. It was feared and respected by all. Now that it's equipped with its shield, it can shrug off impressive blows, including the attacks of Dynamax Pokémon. So, here it is, the one hundred and third Pokémon, Zamazenta
