Niantic have added some new features to the medals for Pokémon Showcases in the game. Now, as you get the Medals, you will get various rewards includign Pikachu Ph.D. Glasses for Bronze, Pikachu Ph. D. Headband for Silver, a pose for Gold and most notably, an encounter with Pikachu Ph. D when you get the Platinum medal at 100 Showcases.

Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO Community Day on March 16th will focus on Litten. This event will 3* Catch Experience, 2* Catch Candy and double the chance to get XL Candy as well as 3 hours Incense and Lure Modules.
It will also give out the moves Blast Burn & Darkest Lariat to Incineroar. You will be able to purchase a ticket to receive Special Research .
The Community Day runs at 2pm to 5pm in each local time zone

Pokémon Sleep
Pokémon Sleep's maintenance is now over and with it, the new update is live. This update includes various increases to Research Rank and Pokémon Level up to 55 as well as a variety of changes around SubSkills. We're currently compiling all these changes into our Pokémon Sleep section

The World of Wonders season is rolling out in Asia Pacific regions, starting at 10:00 local time on March 1st. This season includes Special Research that will run all season that gives you a Poipole encounter, as well as a ticketed Timed Research. The Delivery feature has shifted and, replacing the Jirachi (Wishing Star) focus, the Jolteon (Starry Night) outfit is now available again through Delivery for just one day until March 1st 2024
