Pacifidlog Town is a small town that sits on top of a colony of Corsola. It's a very small town with just a few buildings and requires Surf to get to it. In the city, there is a man who will notify you if Mirage Island is found within Route 130.

Move Tutor
In the bottom-right of the Pokémon Centre, there is a trainer who will teach your Pokémon the move Explosion. This is free but can only be taught once
