Dewford Town is a small island in the south-west of Hoenn accessible by Surfing or via Mr. Briney's ferry. This town doesn't contain very many people but does feature the Dewford Hall, where you can enter to teach people the new trendy saying.

Gym:
The Dewford Town Gym is the second gym within the Hoenn region. The puzzle of the gym has it as completely dark, giving you limited ability to see. There are various switches which show a path through the gym when stepped on, but it goes out straight after you step off requiring you to remember the path. At the end is the Fighting-type Gym Leader, Brawly who will give you the Knuckle Badge and TM08, Bulk Up, when defeated.
