Kitakami Hall

Kitakami Hall is a small area east of Mossui Town where the Festival of Masks is held very year. In this area, there are multiple stalls selling meals. Ogre Oustin' In Kitakami Hall, there is the special Ogre Oustin' mini game which takes you to various parts of Kitakami to pop balloons and retrieve berries to get a high score.
