The New Donk City Hall stage is a stage set around New Donk City in the Metro Kingdom. This stage starts off on the bottom floor of the City Hall, with a small scaffolding acting as a platform before moving up to another area in the skyscraper which has a concrete floor and two bits of scaffolding.
It then will move up to another area which has part of the building as a platform to the right and several floating platforms which move horizontally off to the left. This area has a massive pitfall meaning it's very easy to fall and be unable to recover
Next you'll reach another high part of the skyscraper. There are two platforms down on either side of the skyscraper while another platform moves left & right above the building. The Odyssey starts to come into view here.
The next part is near the top of the Skyscraper and has two floating platforms either side the building. It will then return to the beginning and start over.
If you play the stage with Jump Up, Superstar! or Ground Theme (Band Performance) music playing, then it changes a little as it has various parts of the band, fronted by Mayor Pauline start to appear around you. If you touch the musician, it adds them to the music. As the stage progresses, more of the band appear giving even more parts of the music until you reach the top.
