Summary
The Rising Volt Tacklers have gone to Kitakami to look for the researcher Briar. The region is currently in the middle of their festival and the group decides to take part. Friede meets Carmine and is intrigued by the Sinistcha she has. However, Roy and Crocalor accidentally touch a machine at a stall and end up switching bodies. Will they be able to return to normal?
