For those of you with the international Black & White games, the special Arceus download on the Pok�mon Global Link is due to end at the end of tomorrow, at 23:58 local time. This Arceus is given away after Arceus won the Vote to Befriend a Pok�mon poll back in November. It is Level 100 with no Hidden Ability or special moves, but can be captured in any ball. The password to unlock it is ARCEUSVOTE

Pok�mon Black & White - Europe Mewtwo WiFi Event

For those of you with the Spanish, German and Italian games, the Mewtwo WiFi event is now active. This event will run until May 31st so you have all month in order to get it. As with the previous international Mewtwo event, this Mewtwo comes with the special move of Electro Ball and has a King's Rock attached. The Event Database has been updated with this information.

Today, we are covering a Pok�mon introduced in the fourth generation.When endangered, grubs from its six-cell honeycomb strike back. There is only one in a colony. Its abdomen is a honeycomb for grubs. It raises its grubs on honey collected by Combee. Although its pre-evolution can be either gender, it can only be female. So here it is, the sixty-ninth entry, Vespiquen.

Pok�mon Black 2 & White 2 - Keldeo Details

Japanese variety show, Pok�mon Smash, is currently airing and is showing some new footage from Black 2 & White 2 which showcases various uses of the Pok�mon Keldeo within it. First it revealed that Keldeo is #298 in the Unova Pok�dex, with the Pok�mon summary screen having slight aesthetic changes to Black & White, and shows Sewaddle in an early route as well as Growlithe in a new route surrounded by various towers with bridges connecting between the raised platforms. A battle is shown against two Sunkern. Magby, Koffing and Magnemite were also showcased and ended with a wireless battle against a Ho-Oh. A video will be uploaded by our friends at Filb shortly. Dub Episode Title

A few dub titles, recently unconfirmed around the internet have been confirmed by Cartoon Network. These are the episode title for the thirteenth to nineteenth episodes of Black & White: Rival Destinies and the 722nd to 727th episodes total. First is the Driftveil Gym episode where Ash faces Clay in the Driftveil Gym. This episode is to be called Battling the King of the Mines! and is scheduled to air on the 12th of May.
Next is an episode where problems arise in Chargestone Cave. This episode is to be called Crisis at Chargestone Cave! and is scheduled to air on the 19th of May.
The following episode has Bianca and Juniper return in order to partake in a special trade event. This episode is to be called Evolution Exchange Excitement! and is scheduled to air on the 26th of May.
Next is an episode where Professor Juniper's father, Cedric, appears in order to investigate some nearby ruins. This episode is to be called Explorers of the Hero's Ruin! and is scheduled to air on the 2nd of June.
Following that is an episode where the Sunglasses Krokorok appears and teams with Pikachu to help a young boy stop a bully. This episode is to be called Battling the Bully! and is scheduled to air on the 9th of June.
Finally is an episode where Ash & Co. are attempting to go through an area filled with Bouffalant. This episode is to be called Baffling the Bouffalant! and is scheduled to air on the 16th of June.

Pok�mon Black & White - Japanese Event

A new Japanese local event was announced today. These events provide four Pok�mon, with them being paired to do strategies. From May 7th to May 31st, players can go to the Pok�mon Centre and receive Ninetales and Chandelure. Ninetales has its Hidden Ability of Drought and the moves: Heat Wave, SolarBeam, Psyshock & Will-O-Wisp while Chandelure has its ability of Flash Fire and the moves Heat Wave, Shadow Ball, Energy Ball and Psychic. From June 1st to June 22nd, players can receive Whimiscott and Lucario. Whimsicott has its normal ability of Prankster and the moves Swagger, Giga Drain, Beat Up and Helping Hand. Lucario has its hidden ability of Justified and the moves Bullet Punch, Close Combat, Stone Edge and Shadow Claw. The Event Database has been updated with details of this event

Pok�mon Black & White - Spring Friendly

For those with the International games, the new WiFi tournament, the Spring Friendly, has been announced. This WiFi tournament is another tournament which runs the same rules as the previous ones. It contains players from everywhere other than Japan and Korea. Registration opens up at 00:00 UTC on May 2nd and lasts until 23:59 on May 9th with the tournament running from May 10th through to May 14th

Pok�mon Black & White - Japan Cup 2012 Spring & C-Gears

For those with the Japanese games, the new WiFi tournament, the Japan Cup 2012 Spring chapter is now open for registration. The rules for this cup are the same as the recent international challenge but are only open to Japanese games. Registration lasts until May 1st at 23:59 while the tournament itself runs from May 2nd to May 6th.
To tie in with this cup, three C-Gear skins are now available. These are based on Cobalion, Terrakion and Virizion and require no password to access. They are live until May 31st. International release is not known

American magazine, Nintendo Power, has release a new issue with a massive preview of Pok�mon Conquest. In doing so, it has revealed a few new localisation details. These details are in regards to various location names, specifically of some regions
Hajime Nation is known in English as Aurora
Flame Nation is known in English as Ignis
Plant Nation is known in English as Greenleaf
Spring Nation is known in English as Fontaine
Tram Nation is known in English as Violight

Pok�mon Black & White - Europe Mewtwo WiFi Event

Following February's WiFi event for English Language games and last month's for French, the official site has announced the distribution details for Mewtwo for Spanish, German and Italian games. With those language games games, to receive Mewtwo, you can get it off of WiFi from May 1st 2012 to May 31st 2012. As with the English language event, this Mewtwo comes with the special move of Electro Ball and has a King's Rock attached. The Event Database has been updated with this information.

The second features Iris attempt to overcome her fear of Ice-types when she gets trapped in a facility by Ferroseed These episodes are due to air on May 24th and May 31st

The Nintendo Direct showcase has just revealed two new 3DS eShop download software. First, is Pok�mon AR Searcher, a new Augmented Reality game downloadable on the eShop where you search around for various Pok�mon using the 3DS's camera to look around your real life surroundings. It is due for release on June 23rd in Japan for 300 Yen. Pre-release pictures have been added to the page, which you can get to by clicking the picture

Pok�dex 3D Pro

In addition to that, Pok�dex 3D Pro has also been revealed. This 3DS download will contain all the various non-Unova Pok�mon, and Unova Pok�mon and will also feature Augmented Reality features. In addition to the non-Unova Pok�mon, it also includes the new forms introduced in Black 2 & White 2: Black Kyurem & White Kyurem. It's due for release on July 14th for 1500 Yen, replacing the current edition. Pre-release pictures have been added to the page, which you can get to by clicking the picture

New Japanese Sets Revealed

Following yesterday's reveal of the new sets: Freeze Shock & Ice Burn (Freeze Bolt & Cold Flare in Japanese) for Japan, a new sellsheet has appeared online which contains the first images of the booster packs for each set. These sets are based upon Black Kyurem & White Kyurem and are due out in Japan on July 13th. We'll bring more as it comes

Pok�mon Tretta

Following the reveal of the machine in the new Battrio set, Pok�mon Tretta has had its official unveiling today in Japan. This arcade machine, due for country-wide launch in Japan in July, utilises various discs similar to Battrio in order for play. It has multiple modes using these disks including a Battle Mode, a mode where you can capture the Pok�mon using a roulette and a Search Mode which allows you to look for wild Pok�mon. You can save a record of your battles on a separate device known as a Tretta Report similar to the Battrio one.

New Japanese Sets Revealed

The next pair of Japanese TCG sets have been revealed by a Japanese retailer, Project Core. These sets, due for release on July 13th are called Freeze Bolt and Cold Flare, based on the two signature moves of Black Kyurem & White Kyurem respectively (Freeze Shock & Ice Burn in English). These sets are to feature 59 cards in each set including cards based upon Black Kyurem & White Kyurem. This set is to be released alongside a Movie Commemoration Set containing promo cards as well as booster packs from this set. We'll bring more, including images, as and when they come

This event was to tie in with the launch of Pok�mon + Nobunaga's Ambition, known as Pok�mon Conquest in the US, offers the download of a shiny Rayquaza based upon the shiny Rayquaza owned by Nobuanga within the game. Pok�mon Black 2 & White 2 - Images

Following Thursday's leaks of CoroCoro, the official site has posted all the information and images about the game. While it doesn't provide any further news bar Mareep being #025, Arcanine being #052 and Azurill being #030, the images do showcase the game properly and provide the first true insight into the game. As such, I have created a pre-release screenshot page which contains all of these images. We'll also be creating pre-release pages to showcase the new information Click the image to go to the page.
We also have the first trailer posted. It doesn't show much new, but does showcase the various areas, animated trainer sprites, hints as to the Red & Blue building, the first interactions with the new antagonists and more

Pok�mon Black 2 & White 2 - Pok�mon Smash Details

Pok�mon Smash has just aired and is showcasing Pok�mon Black 2 & White 2 details. While it has primarily showcased the same parts of the game revealed in CoroCoro and the video shown above, it did provide a small playthrough with Junichi Masuda showing the presenters going through the first part of the game. It shows that Hiougi City is a massive city, unlike previous starting towns and confirms the starters as Snivy, Tepig & Oshawott. The Pok�mon have new animations and the routes are more detailed. Azurill & Lillipup found in an early route.
They then showed a battle between two presenters beginning with Reshiram VS Black Kyurem. Our friends at Filb will have a video shortly

With thanks to AAPF for the tip, we now know that there will also be a plethora of new information within the next issue of CoroCoro, due out on May 15th. In addition to the information, there will be a 48 page manga book and what is listed as a "New Pok�mon Scoop"> This does not necessarily mean that there will be a new Pok�mon or new form although it implies it, but does raise the question of possibilities for information next month

For those of you with the Japanese Pok�mon + Nobunaga's Ambition, a new WiFi event has been announced. This event opens up the special episode: The Fate of Beauty, which has you control Ranmaru. Pok�mon Black 2 & White 2 - Pre-Order Leaflet

A leaflet about reservations for Pok�mon Black 2 & White 2 has stared to appear on various Japanese forums and showcases several of the screenshots we see in CoroCoro. It notes that reservations for the game begin tomorrow. However, the noteworthy part of this poster is the showcase of various other old Pok�mon and new Pok�mon that are shown to be in the game; Marill & Volcarona and showcases the Unova starters: Snivy, Tepig & Oshawott with the trainers, potentially indicating that they remain the starters in the game, but the placement could just be coincidental. Pok�mon Black & White - C-Gear Skins

The official site has updated detailing the new C-Gear skins they are posting for the Japanese games. To tie in with the Japanese Spring Cup WiFi tournament, all users are able to receive these C-Gears which are based upon Cobalion, Terrakion and Virizion. No password is required for these C-Gear skins and they run from April 25th 2012 to May 31st 2012. We'll inform you when they're live

For those of you with the Japanese Pok�mon + Nobunaga's Ambition, the fourth Wi-Fi event is now live. This event opens up the special episode: The Meeting of Fate, which has you control Okuni. This episode is only accessible after defeating the game and is of a 4 star difficulty. It runs until May 11th so make sure you get it while you can.

The official site has revealed some pieces of artwork for the Pok�mon: Meloetta within its Pirouette Forme. This Pok�mon is #648 in the Pok�dex, and in this form it is a Normal/Fighting-type and can only change form when you use the move Relic Song and the star of the upcoming short movie: Meloetta's Sparkling Recital. Pok�mon Battrio Set & Pok�mon Tretta

Contiuning on from the previous set, the fifth set for Pok�mon Battrio has been released. This set; Glorious Victory of the Mythical and Legendaries features nothing but legendary Pok�mon. This set continues another new mechanic to Battrio, allowing for the Pok�mon to have their normal attack, and a special "V" move which is another move of another type and can cause significant damage, with some having two special V moves. In addition to that, this set includes 7 special discs which are marked as "Pok�mon Tretta" as a Bridge Pack, and can also be used on a special machine for the new game Pok�mon Tretta which is to be released later this year. Pok�mon Black 2 & White 2

The first images from CoroCoro have started to come. These images showcase the first screenshots of Pok�mon Black 2 & White 2 and provide a lot of information. First, the game is set in Unova and shows the new trainers and the rival. The game is set 2 years later than in BW and features the map of the Unova region being partially frozen, while other areas have been updated, such as Route 4. The Unova Pok�dex has 300 Pok�mon within it. There are various new areas in Unova including Hiougi City (ヒオウギシティ), where you begin your journey. There are other areas which has a gym leader who focuses upon Poison; Homika (ホミカ), who is also said to be in the anime this June and sits in her gym which is a music club, fitting her appearance with a guitar. Another gym leader is Shizui (シズイ), the Water-type leader. The trainer with the spiky hair is the rival and there is a new researcher called Akuroma (アクロマ) who researches Pok�mon Strength
Hiougi City has a Pok�mon Centre and a Trainer School and areas where you can look upon the areas. There are shops, underwater tunnels with clear glass (Mantine flowing overhead), building with blue and red statues all around Unova.
That's all the information these scans provide.
It has also been confirmed that Black Kyurem will know the move Freeze Shock and that White Kyurem knows the move Ice Burn.
Within the new Unova Pok�dex, which contains a combination of old and new (Unova) Pok�mon, Psyduck is #026, Riolu is #033 and Metagross is #254, with other Pok�mon such as Tyranitar, Lapras & Arcanine being available. Pok�mon - Meloetta to be revealed

The first images from CoroCoro have started to come, with this one featuring the cover art. Hidden in the cover of this issue, in addition to informing us of Black 2 & White 2 information, is the revelation of Meleotta's Pirouette Forme sitting in the title of CoroCoro as seen to the right, indicating it will be showcased in full during the issue. For those not in the know, Meloetta's Pirouette Forme is a Normal/Fighting-type and changes from the Normal/Psychic-type Aria Forme when a move, Relic Song, is used in battle. The image also showcases what many believe may be new characters, but there is no evidence to support them being related to Pok�mon at this time. Images from the issue are expected any moment now so keep checking back

Pok�mon + Nobunaga's Ambition

The Australian game classification has posted a rating for the game; Pok�mon + Nobunaga's Ambition, confirming release in other regions than just America, giving it a G rating. Interestingly, the classification for the game actually keeps the Japanese name of Pok�mon + Nobunaga's Ambition rather than the name used in the US of Pok�mon Conquest. It is currently unknown whether the game will retain the Japanese name outside of America as it may change from the rating classification, but as soon as we get confirmation, we'll post it here. A Japanese retailer has recently updated their listings of Pok�mon Black 2 & White 2 to include a release date. Previously, we have known that these games are to be coming to Japan in June, but this further clarifies it to be released on June 23rd 2012. Unlike western retailers, Japanese ones seldom put a suspected release date in so chances are high that this is the date. In addition to that, the Keldeo distribution in Japan starts on this day, with the promotion suggesting you should use it in your playthrough. Pok�mon Black & White - Non-English WiFi Event Live

For those of you with the Spanish, Italian or German games, the WiFi event for Victini has just gone live. This Victini is to commemorate the release of the new movie; Pok�mon The Movie White: Victini & Zekrom in theatres from today, has its special move of V-Create, as well as Reshiram and Zekrom's signature moves; Fusion Flare and Fusion Bolt. This event runs until April 30th so be sure to get it while you can. French distribution dates are not currently known

Pok�mon TCG - Keldeo Battle Strength + National Beginning Set

The official site has changed its card database and has added the cards of the two upcoming promotional sets. The first is a Battle Strength Deck, similar to the ones last year for Cobalion, Terrakion and Virizion, which focuses upon the Pok�mon: Keldeo. The second is a new Beginning Set which comes with a DVD to teach the players how to play the game. The last set came with a tutorial on a DS game. Another pair of new episode titles hav been revealed by Animage. These episode feature a variety of things. The first features Ash bumping into the original trainer of his Tepig, who discarded Tepig due to it being weak. The second features the introduction of the Icirrus City Gym Leader: Brycen. These episodes are due to air on May 3rd and May 10th respectively

Pok�mon Black & White - Reshiram/Zekrom Event

For those with the non-Japanese games, the current WiFi event is due to end at the end of tomorrow. This event provides a special Level 100 Reshiram or Zekrom for your games. If you have Pok�mon Black, you get Zekrom while if you have Pok�mon White, you'll get Reshiram. These Pok�mon are to be Level 100 and have the special moves of Mist & Haze. This event also unlocks a special part of the Dream World and gets you some Reshiram & Zekrom C-Gears depending on the Pok�mon you get. There is limited time to receive these Pok�mon so make sure you get it as soon as possible

Pok�mon Black & White - Piplup Event

A new in-life event has been announced for Japan. This event runs on the BW Searcher which has run for the last two years. The BW Searcher allows visitors to partake in various activities to search for Pok�mon. Last year, the special event download was an Axew but this year, the event is a Piplup. This Piplup is Level 15 and has the moves Hydro Pump, Featherdance, Water Sport and Peck. Hydro Pump it can't normally learn until Level 43 and Featherdance is an Egg move. It is in a Cherish Ball with the Event Ribbon. It's obtainable in Japan from April 28th to May 6th in the Nagashima Spa Land. The Event Database has been updated with details of this event

For those of you with the international games, a new C-Gear has been released. This C-Gear is unlocked via a password which will be released on Pokemon.com and is PIPLUPCGEAR2012. This C-Gear skin, based on Piplup will run from 13:00 local time today until May 23rd 2012 so you'll have plenty of time to get it.

The Terebi TV Game magazine in Japan has revealed that the episode of Pok�mon Smash due to air on April 15th is said to contain a lot of Pok�mon Black 2 & White 2 information. This episode is set to air just after the release of CoroCoro so will likely house the same information. However, this teaser also indicates that the cast members of Pok�mon Smash will be able to experience the game indicating that footage will be present within the episode. This will follow on from the episode on April 8th which the official site claims will have some Black 2 & White 2 information. Today, we are covering a Pok�mon introduced in the first generation. It grows by feeding on gases released by garbage. Though very rare, triplets have been found. Top-grade perfume is made using its internal poison gases by diluting them to the highest level. If one of the twin Koffing inflates, the other one deflates. It constantly mixes its poisonous gases. So here it is, the sixty-fifth entry, Weezing.
