Purifying Shadow Pokémon |

Shadow Pokémon are unique Pokémon that cannot level up until their heart is re-opened. As you battle with the shadow Pokémon, and they reduce in the Shadow Bar and gain attacks. This is done the same way as levelling up a Pokémon and boosting the experience. |

Purifying Shadow Pokémon |

Once you have reached the bottom bar, or you have a Time Flute, you can go to the Relic stone in Agate Village. Pick the Pokémon and you will have the ability to purify them. This will return them to normal, boost their stats and any experience they would have gained from battles is given to them |

| Step 1: Go To The Celebi Shrine near Agate Village | Step 2: Pick the Pokémon which has cleared it's Shadow Meter (Hyper Pokémon cant be healed until they are no longer hyper) |

| Step 3: Your Pokémon's Shadow will be gone | Step 4: Your Pokémon will now gain all the experience it got from battling whilst it was Shadow |

| Step 5: If it goes by a certain level, you can evolve it or teach it new attacks, including the 4th one | Step 6: After this is done, you can now re-name your Pokémon |
