Description: The clothier Anthe wants to create clothes in new colors and has sent you in search of the materials she needs to do so.

Anthe has asked for some help with some new designs and is struggling to think of colours for outfits and asks for you to find some Red Shards, Blue Shards and Green Shards. Once you give her one of each, you will complete the mission
