Unlock Criteria: After beating Arcanine

Description: A villager named Ward claims his son Conlan is afraid of ghosts. To help him overcome his fear, Ward has asked you to show him Gastly's completed Pokédex page.

In order to help his son overcome his fear of ghosts, Ward asks for you to complete the Pokédex for Gastly. Come to him with the Research Level at 10 and he will look at the research and start to like it. His son will soon appear and it becomes apparent that he is the one who is afraid of ghosts
