Unlock Criteria: After taking mission to Cobalt Coastlands

Description: To expand the fields, more irrigation is needed. Lend a Pokémon that can help with the task to Miller from the Agriculture Corps.

When you have defeated Kleavor, Miller will ask you for some help. He will ask for a Water-type Pokémon to help water the plants. If you give him one, the mission will complete. He will keep the Pokémon but you can exchange it at any time
