Voluca Island Missions

Missions are a set of tasks that you get given by Professor Mirror, Rita, Todd and Phil. These tasks involve getting certain behavious of Pokémon down on shot and bring it to the professor in order to complete it..

Research tasks are unlocked as you go through the game, when you encounter certain species or unlock certain stages. However, if you have already taken a photo that matches the criterea, the mission will not be automatically completed. You need to take the photo again and show it to the professor in order for it to count.

Some missions will offer rewards of Frames, Profile Icons and Effects for your photos.

Rainbow Meteor Shower Rainbow Meteor Shower Sands (Night) Get a picture of all seven Minior at once. Some will require getting help out of the sand with scans, Illumina Orbs and Illumina Orbs. There are 10 Minior to restore in the entrance area to get this. They will fly overhead the Oasis

Let's Play! Let's Play! Badlands (Day) In Level 3, throw lots of Fluffruit at the Diglett immediately to your left in Level 3. Then, when they move further on, Illumina orb them and throw another Fluffruit. Photograph them playing ball
A Brave Leap A Brave Leap Badlands (Day) In the alternate path, you will see Tepig running along the cliffside. He will get to a ledge and be nervous. If you scan, it will jump down to the next area but then go to a larger cliffface. If you get towards the end and scan again, it will take a run up and do a jump between two cliffs. Take a picture of it jumping between the two
Guardian of Friends Guardian of Friends Badlands (Night) When taking the alternate path, you will see Rockruff and its friends sleeping. Wake the Rockruff up as the Mandibuzz appears and then throw an Illumina Orb at it. It will fight back. Take a picture of the fight
Crust-side Down Crust-side Down Badlands (Night) Wake Tyranitar up using a Fluffruit from far away so it doesn't see you. It will move towards the nearby Crustle and whack it with its tail causing it to go upside down. Grab a photo of it there
An Alluring Pose An Alluring Pose Badlands (Day) Lure Salazzle out from behind a rock by throwing a Fluffruit at Mandibuzz and then playing Melody. After Salazzle dances, it will strike a pose.
Gassy Swamp Battle Gassy Swamp Battle Badlands (Night) To get this mission, you first need to Illumina orb the Sandshrew to the left to get it to roll down the hill. After that, awaken the Diglett in its path to knock the Sandshrew into it. Take photos of them and they will move on towards the swamp. Sandshrew will roll down the swamp and awaken the Scolipede. While it is doing that, throw Fluffruit at the Gliscor and it will glide to the Minior craters. After Minior hits, it will move over to Scolipede and the two will battle
Sleepy Gliscor Sleepy Gliscor Badlands (Night) Throw Illumina Orbs at the two Vivillon to your left so they start recruiting others, then activate the alternate path. Turbo through nutil you reach the Geyser and then throw a Fluffruit at the Gliscor so it goes to the left platform. Throw an Illumina orb at the trailing Sandstorm Pattern Vivillon and it will then awaken the Vivillon on the wall. The Vivillon will then use Sleep Power on Gliscor, which will then cause Gliscor to yawn. Take a picture of it yawning.
Gigantic Koffing Gigantic Koffing Badlands (Day) Lure Koffing over to the Crystabloom in Level 3 and throw an Illumina Orb at the Crystabloom
Open Wide! Open Wide! Badlands (Day) Throw a Fluffruit at the Salazzle on top of the sludge volcano in level 2. She will send out a Koffing which will then get swallowed by a Swalot. Get a picture of the Koffing in the Swalot's mouth
Illusion of the Badlands Illusion of the Badlands Badlands (Night) Wake Zeraora up with a Fluffruit in Level 2 and let it run to the cliffs. Then, wake Tyranitar up using a Fluffruit from far away so it doesn't see you. It will create a sandstorm and Zeraora will appear to stop it. It will use its electricity to light itself up. Get a picture of it lit up
Valley of Vivillon Valley of Vivillon Badlands (Night) This mission requires a lot of intricate work. First, you need to Illumina Orb the three Vivillon flying away from you. Then, quickly, you need to Illumina Orb and photograph at least 5 Diglett in the area and hit the Crystabloom to get the alternate path. All the Vivillon from the area will fly towards the valley. Hit the Crystabloom beneath them and more Vivillon will fly out. Take a group shot to complete the mission
