Niantic have announced that Mega Pidgeot will be available in Pokémon GO from Friday, September 18th. at 20:00 UTC. If you have collected enough Pidgeot Mega Energy from defeating Mega Pidgeot in Mega Raid Battles, you'll be able to Mega Evolve your Pidgeot from that point

GO Battle League Season 3 has ended and GO Battle League Season 4 has begun. This season changes things by making it so you can get to Rank 9 with only wins, and also includes the new Halloween Cup as the league continues. The schedule is as follows:
Great League (September 14th - September 28th)
Ultra League & Premier Cup (September 28th - October 12th)
Master League & Premier Cup (October 12th - October 26th)
Halloween Cup (October 26th - November 3rd)
All Leagues (November 3rd - November 9th)
Alongside this, a few moveset changes have happened including the addition of the move Lunge for Masquerain & Galvantula and Signal Beam for Vespiquen. Our database has been updated with these details

As part of the Family Ties event in Pokémon Masters EX, a new Sync Pair Scout is live. This Sync Pair Scout adds in the Sync Pair of Gladion & Silvally to the game, giving a Tech Move Candy on your first 11 Scout bundle. This will last until October 1st at 05:59 UTC
