Pokémon Sword & Shield
The Wild Area Event has now shifted in Pokémon Sword & Shield for a new Extra Event. With this, for the next few days, Shellder will be available, with Shiny Shellder being available within. We're currently compiling all details of the event so be sure to keep checking back. This event runs until May 22nd at 23:59 UTC

Pokémon TCG - Pokémon GO
The Pokémon Company have officially revealed more Pokémon GO Trading Card Game cards including Melmetal VMAX but also revealed a new mechanic. There are Ditto cards that you will find in the booster pack that are hidden behind an extra card layer. These are denoted by a Ditto icon and need the top layer peeling off. The top layer has got a Ditto icon and can't be used in competitive play

Pokémon Masters EX - Villain Event
The Ethan's Epic Effort Extreme Battle has begun in Pokémon Masters EX. This event is the Extreme Battle tying in with the Villain Event focused around Johto Pokémon. It runs until May 31st.

The latest episode has aired in Japan today. This episode features Lillie, Gladion and Lusamine continue their search for Mohn. The AniméDex has been updated with the contents of this episode. Niantic have announced some changes happening to Pokémon GO. To tie in with their new social campaign, Mega energy and Rare Candy XL will be available for completing local raids. As of May 23rd, there will cease to be Remote Raid Passes in the weekly box. Alongside this, the discounted bundle for 3 Remote Raid Passes has been increased in price to 300 Coins
