Pokémon GO
Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO event. This is the Fidough Fetch event and is due to run from January 3rd at 23:00 UTC to January 8th at 06:00 UTC and adds Fidough into the game
Shiny Voltorb and Electrike will be more likely to appear
Growlithe, Voltorb, Snubbull, Poochyena, Electrike & Lillipup will spawn in the wild
This event features Global Challenges by making Nice Curveball Throws to get special bonuses for the rest of the event
Level 1: 2* Catch Experience
Level 2: 2* Catch Stardust, new Field Research, Fidough will be added
Level 3: 2.5* Catch Experience, more Field Research, Greavard and Hisuian Growlithe will spawn in the wild
Level 4: 2.5* Catch Stardust
Level 5: 3* Catch Experience & 3* Catch Stardust
Level 6: 4* Catch Experience & 4* Catch Stardust

Pokémon GO
Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO Community Day on January 5th 2025 will focus on Sprigatito, introducing its Shiny into the game. This event will 3* Catch Stardust, 2* Catch Candy and double the chance to get XL Candy as well as 3 hours Incense and Lure Modules.
It will also give out the move Frenzy Plant to Meowscarada, as well as the move Flower Trick. You will be able to purchase a ticket to receive Special Research.
There will be Timed Research to get Sprigatito with a Special Background.
The Community Day runs at 2pm to 5pm in each local time zone

Pokémon TCG Pocket - Mythical Island
Following the release of the new Pokémon TCG Pocket set, Mythical Island yesterday, Pokémon TCG Pocket has revealed three new Promo cards which will be avaialble within events soon. These are new artworks of Blastoise which will be in a Drop Event and Charmander & Squirtle which will be in a Wonder Pick event. We'll provide full details of these events as they come so be sure to keep checking back

Pokémon Café ReMix
Pokémon Café ReMix has announced the next event. This event, Gogoat's Happy Holidays is a new Cooking Festival event that has you earn points with your Team to defeat Team Crunch and earn rewards including Gogoat's Holiday Outfit. It runs from Friday December 20th 2024.
In The Anime Department
Monpoké Short Web Anime
A new short animated web series has been announced. This series is based on the Monpoké line, a merchandise line aimed at the younger Pokémon players and has been going on for years. This series features Pikachu arriving on Monpoké island and meeting the other Pokémon. It will be released on the official Pokémon Kids TV YouTube channels starting on February 19th 2025. The series will have 10 episodes all of around 5 minutes in length.
