Pokémon Scarlet & Violet
The next 7 Star Tera Raid Battle event has been announced for Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. This event will feature a battle against a Garchomp with the Ground Tera Type and the Mightiest Mark. It can only be caught once per save file.
This event will run from 00:00 UTC on May 23rd through 23:59 UTC on May 25th and again from May 30th through June 1st with Blissey joining it for the second run

Pokémon GO
Pokémon GO has now activated remote Max Battles throughout the game globally. This will now run indefinitely for all players. With this, players can now use a Remote Raid Pass as well as Max Particles to complete a Max Battle. The Remote Raid Pass is consumed when the battle commences while Max Particles are still only used when you have won the battle. Alongside this, the Max Particle limit as standard is now 1,500 stored at a time.

Pokémon Europe International Championships -
The Pokémon Company International has opened up Registration for the Pokémon Center at the North America International Championships, running from June 12th - June 15th. Without a reservation, you will be unable to get into the Pokémon Center.
The Pokémon Center will be open at the following times:
Thursday, June 12: Noon - 6 pm.
Friday, June 13: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday, June 14: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday, June 15: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Niantic have announced a new Pokémon GO Global Challenge, the Might and Mastery Finale: Strength in Numbers Global Challenge. From 07:00 UTC tomorrow, May 20th until 19:00 UTC on May 22nd, you will be able to beat this challenge by sending gifts to friend. To celebrate, during the challenge players can open 50 gifts a day
If the challenge is completed, all trainers will be able to gift Special Research tickets for this Saturday's Pokémon GO Community Day Classic featuring Machop. Players can gift 20 tickets a day if this is achieved

Timed Research has gone live for the Pokémon GO Gigantamax Machamp Day event. This Timed Research is designed to help players prepare for the Gigantamax Machamp event with a focus on Dynamax Beldum. It is available from 18:00 local time today until the end of the event on May 25th at 17:00 local time

The latest major Pokémon Sleep event, the Growth Week event, which features a boost in experience and candy gained from Sleep Research no matter what location. It runs from 04:00 local time today to 03:59 local time on May 26th 2025
