Gym Leader Castle
Gym Leader Castle is a new mode introduced in this Pokémon Stadium which didn't exist in the Japanese original. This mode has you go into a set of four battles which represent each of the eight gyms from Pokémon Red, Blue & Yellow. On the final battle, you will face up against the leader and, once defeated, can proceed to the next gym.
These battles tend to be Level 50 battles, but the level of the opponent increases to match the level of your highest Pokémon. Once all 8 gyms are completed, you can battle against the Elite Four, and then your rival, who has a team based upon your choices within the GameBoy game
