Summary:
The mysterious organization Unitas seems to be using an abandoned laboratory as its base of operations. Time and the others embark on a final investigation to explose the mastermind behind everything and recover Harry's Body

Summary:
At the Pokémon Unity Lab, Tim and Rachel wait for Pikachu and investigate the area and speak to the janitor with no luck. After Rachel asks why Tim isn't calling Pikachu Dad, Pikachu arrives with Growlithe, Luxray, Darmanitan and Pangoro, having decided that they may prove useful.

With Pikachu back, Tim and Pikachu start talking to the Pokémon and learn about how the Pokémon all enter the lab and decide to try and find the way into the building. They figure they can follow the scent of food from the door to find a path into the lab. As the scent ends, they find the way blocked with items that Darmanitan has to smash out of the way. Once done, they all have access to the lab.

Inside the lab, Tim and Pikachu investigate the various elements including chemical spills and the research notes until they find a key to unlock the front door. However, while there they deduce that a wall has been sealed off. With Luxray's help, this wall is found and Darmanitan smashes it, bring everyone down to Basement 1

Summary:
In B1, the group find that the stairs and elevator are closed and they need to find a code in order to get through. However, there are guards from Unitas here so they need to be careful. Looking through the rooms with Luxray, they find a room with an injured Wooper, which requires you to get through the vent as Pikachu and open the door so Tim can go to the water cooler to rehydrate the Wooper. In the room, an investigation is done at the computer in order to learn that Unitas is using the Aurora Drop for - to use for their experiments.

With that done, you can sned a fake report of berserk Pokémon so that the guards leave the Standby room so you can get the code. However, when entered, the Electrode in the area gets ready to explode. Fetch Wooper so its Damp ability will stop the explosion and you get the code, 7020, to open the stair door

Summary:
In B2, Tim & Pikachu check the map and see the stairs are on the entirely other side of the floor through storage rooms. First, a small lab is found where a meteorite is being held. After investigation, it's determined that Unitas went to the ruins to collect an energy source.

Into the first storage room, there are lots of crates blocking the way so, with the help of Pangoro, these are moved and the second part is entered where there's a Dusknoir patrolling. Get through the storage room without Dusknoir seeing Tim or Pikachu to find a controller on the table. Use it to turn off the cube and Dusknoir will be thankful. Use the code 2806 to get through the door and you can go to Basement 3

Summary:
In B3, you will soon find some Unitas grunts who are looking for Cramorant who still has a controller. They have changed the card key access and passwords so you can't easily access the stairs. As you go by the first room you hear a loud crash and see an Excadrill is under the control of the cubes. Continue on and you find the Cramorant which runs into a rack of boxes with the grunt following. Using Luxray's x-ray vision, avoid the grunt and find Cramorant and it will give you the controller. Return to Tim and enter the room with Excadrill to calm Exadrill down. Investigate around the computer for further details including Howard Myers' involvement and you'll find a key so you can release the Pokémon locked behind.

In one of the cells, you can see a bit of damaged floor and deduce that you can use Excadrill in order to drill down

	Investigate the meteorite	This investigation has you look around a meteorite storage for details on why they were looking through the ruins in the souht where they found the meteorite

Summary:
Down in B4 Pikachu will soon feel Pikachu's consciousness slipping away but you continue on. This floor has a lot of computers to investigate to get further details and voice notes. A door exists into a lab which can't be accessed but soon noise is made from one of the computers. Get a toolbox and use a screwdriver to open it up and a Klink can be found there. Pikachu will ask for Klink's help and it will enter the wall to allow you entry into the lab.

Insider Merloch's Lab you will find even more information about Unitas' experiments including how Merloch wanted to continue Emma's final research. A hidden room is also seen which has a picture of Harry's boddy and a picture of Pikachu along with the numbers 200122 and 170608. The code 200122 gets you into the secret lab

Investigate and you'll get another Voice Recorder that shows Merloch has unlocked his idea of linking the minds Pokémon and humans together.

When you exit, a guard will hear from above and dorp their card key. As you continue onwards, more grunts appear and Growlithe stays behind to try and stop them.

Moving on, you have to go through a corridor filled with boxes that need Darmanitan's strength to destroy but at the end is a switch which needs Luxray's abilities to open it. As Luxray does, a guard and Houndoom make chase but Luxray stops the Houndoom and stays behind.

More boxes then need to be destroyed as you get to the elevator. Darmanitan and Pangoro also decide to stay behind to stop the grunts and make sure Pikachu gets in the elevator

	Investigate the computer	Once again the investigation has you scrolling through a computer terminal to get reports and data on the various activities of Unitas including a key to open the doors

Summary:
In B5, Merloch can be found tinkering on his machine and doesn't pay attnetion to anything that is happening. Howard Myers soon comes in and questions why Tim and Rachel are there and why he's investigating Unitas. Once all destails have been given, Howard realises the mistake that has been made and Merloch is confirmed as the culprit.

	Investigate the computer	The next investigation is another one of the contents around a computer including a variety of reports and a voice recorder where Unitas concludes the cubes are irrelevant and they've found the solution

Summary:
Merloch doesn't take it well and soon Growlithe, Luxray, Pangoro and Darmanitan come into the area being controlled by cubes. Pangoro grabs Pikachu and throws it into the machine where, with the Aurora Drop, the machine starts to pull energy from Harry and Pikachu. Merloch sits in a chair and the Aurora Drop turns into the Pokémon Deoxys. Deoxys' mind then combines with Merloch as Merloch controls Deoxys' body. However, when he lands, he crushes the controller for the cube awakening the other Pokémon. In anger they attack Deoxys but Deoxys fends them off, injured, and throws them in the lift before flying out of the lab.

However, before too long Deoxys is thrown back into the lab and Mewtwo appears stating it can sense a human in Deoxys and the two start fighting. Rachel and Howard go to check on the injured Pokémon while Tim tries to save Pikachu

Using the code 170608, the tube opens and Pikachu is out to help you rescue Harry by interacting with the various parts of the machine and then the two try to power the machine down to disconnect the fusion between Merloch and Deoxys

Summary:
With the machine down and it not working, Pikachu deduces that an imbalance in the two energies is needed to push Merloch out so Pikachu takes the two energy cores and they all go to the top of the machine. However, Pikachu notices Mewtwo and Deoxys are charging attacks which will destroy the building if unleashed so Pikachu goes and stops them by using Volt Tackle to drop the energy into Deoxys. This works but the lab starts to explode. Pikachu is unable to muster the strength to leave and insists Tim, Rachel and the others leave before it's too late.

outside of the lab, Tim is upset at losing his father but the tube soon appears flying out of the lab. From it, Harry comes out in human form, memories in tact, holding his Pikachu who is now asleep after using so much energy. Merloch is unconscious in the background. Tim is glad to have his father back as Mewtwo watches over

Investigations

	Turn off the machine	The first investigation is a simple puzzle that has you need to activate all four buttons before pulling a lever to cut power. This has to be done in a particular order which is figuredout by following the cables between the buttons going bottom left, top right, bottom right, top left and then the lever
	Turn off the machine	The second investigation is at the western machine and has you have to take the energy sources and disable the power. First this is done by cutting the cable connected to the machine, then hitting the buttons before taking the energy.

Summary:
Following the credits, a small scene is shown showing the Goodman family back together with Sophia wanting to join on detective adventures. Irene, Tim and Harry all dismiss this until Sophia suggests she answers the phones. As the family walks off, Pikachu stays behind sniffing the floor, having found a clue to something...
