Summary:
After learning what the jewel really is, Tim and Pikachu witness Harry being carried away by a mysterious organization. They decide to talk to Inspector Holiday to get information

Summary:
After seeing Harry's body, Tim decides not to tell his family about it. His sister Sophia says about how they visited Ryme Tower and suggests everyone go next time, including Pikachu. Tim decides he needs to talk to Holiday in orsder to get information about his father.

Summary:
After leaving the apartment, police suddenly swarm around Tim and Pikachu with Brad appearing and arresting Pikachu for causing damage to public property. Pikachu insists it will be alright but tells Tim to investigate to prove Pikachu's innocence.

Summary:
Waking up in a cell, Pikachu finds it has a cube on its back, as do the other Pokémon in the cell. When it comes time to exercise, the cubes all activate and the Pokémon including Pikachu are forced to go to the roof to exercise. When at the roof, Pikachu encounters Luxray, the leader of the pack. It decides to teach Pikachu a lesson and uses a move on it, but this knocks Pikachu out.

Meanwhile, Tim tries to get more details on what has happened to Pikachu and find there is evidence Pikachu committed the crime. Tim investigates everything and determines an Electric-type Pokémon was responsible so decides to investigate where Pikachu was at the time. In the afternoon, Tim can visit Pikachu and asks Pikachu for his alibi and determines that Pikachu was at the Hi-Hat Café. However, before too long visiting time is over and Pikachu is sent back to the cells using the cube, which Tim notices.

In the evening, Tim meets with Holiday and tries to uncover the plot. Investigating, Tim goes to the Hi-Hat Café for proof of Pikachu's alibi and gets it, then decides to ask around if people have seen the cube shaped devices. Eventually he finds Brad is also looking around the crime scene.

Summary:
The next day, Pikachu wants to speak to Luxray in order to get its help to leave the jail and prove its innocence. First, Sableye puts it througha test looking for gems amongst the plush. Once done, Pikachu goes through the vents to meet with Luxray and Luxray agrees to help. Someone is soon coming so Pikachu returns to its cell where Butler appears with a personality change and spots Pikachu behaving, but states that he is never leaving the cell.

Pikachu goes to the other cells and finds more Pokémon have been arrested, all of them claiming that they're innocent and want to return to their partners. Pikachu then goes to the Guardroom and gets a code, 2168, to open the doors so Luxray and Pikachu can leave.

Using Luxray's ability to see through walls, Pikachu and Luray go through various rooms to find the proof that Pikachu was innocent, but instead find a picture of Pikachu with a cube doing the task. They keep investigating and find Butler's office with a safe that may contain some vital information. Pikachu and Luxray then return to their cell.

Summary:
The same day, Tim decides to continue to hunt for clues to prove Pikachu's innocence and teams up with Rachel in order to do so. However, while investigating, they find that more Pokémon have been accused of crimes which their partners claim they couldn't do. On investigating the crime scenes, it leads them to 2nd Avenue where they find more Pokémon theft claims and the investigation leads to a determination over what is causing the sudden increase in crime, leading Tim to determine Pokémon are innocent and the police are framing them for crimes.

Continuing the investigation, Tim and Rachel deduce that a Ditto is involved and find Ditto's Partner who says that her Ditto can only mimic what it sees. Tim visits Pikachu but tells Rachel that he can understand it and gets to the conclusion that Ditto is the one framing all the Pokémon. You go to find Brad after figuring out he is investigating the same situation and you find him in 2nd Avenue where a wounded Mightyena is. Find the Indeedee to help heal the Mightyena.

	Pikachu's crime scene	Investigating the crime scene where Pikachu allegedly went, Tim & Rachel look at various footprints to determine where Pikachu went, towards 2nd Avenue.
	Impidimp's Crime Scene	In 2nd Avenue, you investigate an area where Impidimp allegedly stole from other people. When there, you will find a coin that helps prove that Impidimp didn't do it.

Summary:
The next day, Pikachu wakes up back in the cell and decides to go see Luxray. They deduce that Pikachu needs to go to the 1st floor and go to Butler's office. Pikachu goes through, having to navigate an office by avoiding police officers until he gets to a vent to get to the office. In the office, Pikachu finds a Ditto and gets the code for the safe, finding Instruction Manuals for the Cubes, Orders, Butler's Reports and Damage reports, all proving Pikachu's innocence and that Butler is framing the Pokémon but before Pikachu can leave, Butler enters with a mysterious man and talks about the plan, and how Pikachu is being shipped out the next day.

Tim visits Pikachu and Pikachu gives all the evidence to Tim for Tim to take to Brad in order to clear the Pokémon. .

Summary:
In the cells, Pikachu manages to remove the cubes from it and then all the other Pokémon which cause the Pokémon to have to play along to get back to the cells. After that, Pikachu and Luxray free all the other Pokémon and start to make their way back out of the police station.

Summary:
As Pikachu and Luxray escape, Brad apprehends Butler and they start discussing all the evidence as Tim & Rachel arrive and Tim proves that Butler was the culprit. This proves Pikachu's innocence and Butler hands over the Control for the Cube, only for it to drop to the floor and break.

Summary:
Back at Tim's apartment, Irene goes to leave but drops a ring. Pikachu picks it up and realises it's Harry's ring and that Harry only wanted the divorce to protect his family. Irene tells thee truth to Tim and Sophia that they're not getting divorced and Harry is just protecting them.
