	Charles Merloch	Scientist	Merloch is a scientist that you meet in the Serenity Park. He says he has been hired by the mayor to do some tests around Pokémon and takes a sample of Pikachu's fur. It turns out he worked as Unitas and is working on the linking of minds between Pokémon and humans using Harry and Pikachu as a base. 	Brad McMaster	Ryme City Police Lieutentant	Brad is a member of Ryme City's police department and is often not happy with Tim's involvement in cases, especially following the R incident.
