Pokémon Sun & Moon - Coverage Day 2
With many parts of the world getting their copies tomorrow, it would be remiss of us to hold off until launch when so many of you hunger for information. As such, our usual discoveries shall begin. As usual, I'll be posting the main focal points here, while more in-depth details go on the discovery thread on the forums (including some details I won't post here). If you want to remain unspoiled, do not click the spoiler tag, nor visit the Sun/Moon section until you have your game. Don't worry as blatant spoilers will NOT be on the home page.
01:26: The Global Link website is now live
05:05: It is now live on the North American eShop
05:46: Created a page on Old Pokémon with new abilities
06:03: The QR Team Rental system and the personal Competition system won't be live on the Global Link until January
11:59: Our Pokéarth section for Alola is live. This is still preliminary as descriptions and even some items are missing but we are working on it as hard as we can. If you see anything that isn't listed, be sure to let us know. Do note that this section does contain spoilers for the game
12:51: Created a page about S.O.S. Battles. Do note the EV yield is tentative and may change.
13:36: Updated the Item Database. Do note that intricate mechanics and locations are still being discovered and so data is tentative
14:35: Added in-depth locations to the Sun & Moon Pokédex
14:57: Compiled a shrunk down Items Page using the data from the ItemDex. Do note we're still finding locations so let us know if you find anything we've missed

Pokémon X, Y, Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire - 3DS Themes
Two brand new themes have been released in Japan for 200¥ each. These themes each have a specific focus and Pokémon theme. The first is the Pokemon: Solgaleo & Lunala which features special art of the two legendary Pokémon of Sun & Moon. It has the Adventure Begins music from Pokémon Sun & Moon.
Secondly is the Pokemon: Tropical which features artwork of the starter Pokémon and various Alola Pokémon. It has the Melemele Island 1 music from Sun & Moon. It can be purchased for 200¥
These themes will be out later today in North America. No details for Europe

The free piece of Nintendo 3DS software, Nintendo Badge Arcade, had its weekly update in Europe and with this update, it has added several new badges panels, all of which were previously released in Japan. Our section has a full list of badges so click the image to go to the section.
