A new Dynamax Crystal event has been announced. This event is rolling out in various countries including Gamestop in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and Intertoys in the Netherlands and will run from Friday September 25th through October 25th. When you enter the code from this event, you'll get a special Dynamax Crystal which can be activated to create a Gigantamax Centiskorch Max Raid Battle in the Watchtower Ruins. We're currently investigating this event in other countries and we have updated our Dynamax Crystal event page with a list of all details for this Max Raid Battle

Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO events for October 2020.
First, the Research Breakthrough Reward has been announced. From October 1st 2020 at 201:00 UTC to November 1st 2020 at 20:00 UTC you'll get an Shedinja
The 5 Star raid battles have been confirmed. From October 2nd to October 9th, Moltres will be in 5 Star Raids. From October 9th through October 23rd, Giratina Origin Forme will be in raids with its SHiny being available. A special Raid Boss will appear during the Halloween event
There will also be a Limited Research Day on October 10th from 08:00 local time to 22:00 local time, there will be exclusive Field Research tasks to obtain Kantonian Meowth, Alolan Meowth and Galarian Meowth. There will also be exclusive Timed Research
There will also be an event celebrating Niantic's anniversary and one celebrating the changing of seasons

Niantic have announced the Spotlight Hours for the month of September. They happen at 6pm to 7pm local time are as follows:
October 6th - World Cap Pikachu, marking its in-game debut. This is Pikachu with the hat Ash has in Pokémon Journeys - 2* Catch Experience
October 13th - Original Cap Pikachu - 2* Catch Candy
October 20th - Shuppet - 2 * Transfer Candy
October 27th - Duskull - 2 * Evolution Experience

It has been confirmed that the Pokémon GO Battle Night event, that was scheduled for tomorrow, has been postponed. This is preusmably down to an increase of latency issues that have hit the game in recent days

Pokémon Café Mix
Pokémon Café Mix has received an update. This update has added 50 new Regular Order stages and 25 new Master Order stages and various new Pokémon, gimmicks and offerings including Plusle & Minun. We're currently collating all the details for the new stages so be sure to keep checking back
Alongside this, the new Team Feature is live ahead of the Team Event tomorrow and, with this, a special challenge card for getting acorns is also live

It has been announced that tomorrow, after the release of the Team Event featuring Snorlax, a special bundle will be available for purchase from September 24th through October 8th. This bundle gives you a few items, 13,400 Golden Acorns and a special Pikachu in a Snorlax Outfit

The next Special Rally event has begun in Pokémon Masters. This event gives 100 Gems a day through a login bonus and has special Missions based on using Stamina, offering Gems and Move Candy Coins. It runs for just one week until September 30th

Pokémon Mewtwo Strikes Back EVOLUTION
The movie, Mewtwo Strikes Back EVOLUTION has been announced to be coming our in the US on DVD and Blu-Ray on November 17th 2020. At present we have no further information for other unannounced territories however the movie does remain on Netflix out of Japan
