Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO event. This is the Adventure Week: Taken Over event and is due to run from August 8th at 00:00 to August 12th at 23:59 local time and adds Shadow Cresselia into the game
Shadow Cresselia will be obtainable by defeating Giovanni. New Special Research will be available to get a Super Rocket Radar for the duration of the Shared Skies Season
Shadow Lugia will be in 5 Star Raids during the Shadow Raid Weekend on August 10th & 11th
You can use a Charged TM to make a Shadow Pokémon forget Frustration and Team GO Rocket will appear more frequently
Shadow Timburr, Tirtouga and Archen will also be made available from this event
Shadow Mareep, Wooper, Cranidos and Shieldon will be in Shadow 1 Star Raids
Shadow Nuzleaf, Manectric and Vibrava will be in 3 Star Shadow Raids
There will be Field Research to get Mysterious Components, Fast TMs and Charged TMs

Niantic have announced the make-up event for the Mega Rayquaza raids will run on August 3rd at 11am, 1pm and 6pm local time as Raid Hours. During this event, the Remote Raid Pass limit will increase to 20 and there will be Free Timed Research to get a Meteorite.

Pokémon Masters EX
Pokémon Masters EX has announced the next event. This event is Ultra Beast Meet & Greet, and introduces the Sync Pairs of Elio & Stakataka and Selene & Nihilego
into the game. It runs from July 31st 2024
The final chapter of the Mystterious Stone Champter will be available from August 1st
A Celebration Scout will be available for 72 hours from July 31st if you have beating the Champion Stadium. It includes a variety of Fair Exclusive Sync Pairs as well as giving items to get up to 15 Sync Pairs up to Level 140
The Main Story will be adjusted so players can earn 15,000 more gems and items for completing the PML Arc. If you have completed it, you will get the items straight away
Alongside this, a new update has come adding the next month worth of events including the Sync Pairs Elio, Selene, Nemona, Arven, Blue, Iono & Professor Oak
