| North Exit: Valor Lakefront South Exit: Route 213 East Exit: Route 222 The Grand Lake Hotel is a hotel just outside of Lake Valor. This hotel is a prime spot for visitors to the Sinnoh region and contains a reception where you can heal your Pokémon, various buildings with residents who give you things, including the Coin Toss Pokétch application and the Game Freak & ILCA director. Also in the area is the Seven Stars Restaurant. In this restaurant, you will find many trainers to battle each day. The trainers change each day and will participate in double battles.
