Description: Curious rumors have been pouring in from the Cobalt Coastlands, an area without a noble Pokémon. You must find out what's behind these strange happenings. Arcanine, the Lord of the Isles, has been driven into a frenzy by the strange lightning. Investigate the matter and find a way to quell his frenzy. The following day, when you go to see Kamado, Irida will mention that there is unusual goingsa on in the Cobalt Coastlands, an area without a Noble Pokémon. She asks for you to investigate it. As you leave, you will bump into Lian who will explain that the Warden who lost the noble has been spoken ill of in the Pearl Clan. Go to the Cobalt Coatlands and Irida will ask you again for a battle.
When you then go to the coasst, you will find the warden Palina. She will say about how the Noble of the area recently passed saving its pup in water but there are strange goings on in Firespit Island. She will recommend seeing Iscan for help getting to the island |

Feeding Basculegion |

When you find Iscan, he will say that you need Basculegion's favourite snack in order to convince it to take you to FireSpit Island and to make it, you need the Dark Pulse from Dusclops. Iscan is scared of ghosts so asks that you go capture one in the Deadwood Haunt. Return with a Dusclops and Iscan will use it to make Basculegion's food and summon Basculegion. He'll recommend that you feed Basculegion. When you do, it will be calmed and Basculegion will become available as a Ride Pokémon |

Stolen Growlithe |

Right after you have obtained Basculegion's help, the Miss Fortune sisters will arrive and will take one of the Growlithe from Palina. Palina and Iscan are upset by this and ask for your help to get Growlithe back. Follow them to Firespit Island and you will find them trying to get it to evolve so they can control the Noble Pokémon. Challenge all three of them to a battle

After defeating the Miss Fortune sisters, Palina and the other Growlithe appear. The Growlithe is angry and wants to help rescue the other Growlithe and will evolve, but before too long a distortion appears and Arcanine gets hit by the lightning and starts going on a frenzy. It unleashes a variety of attacks including charging at you and unleashing flames that you need to dodge. Defeat it and you'll get the Flame Plate
