Unlock Criteria: Version 1.1, after defeating Dialga/Palkia

Description: Kochika has asked you to calm down a Pokémon in Oreburrow Tunnel.

Kochika will ask you about a problem happening in Oreburrow Tunnel. When you go there, you will see an Alpha Onix causing issues. It will angrily challenge you and you can defeat it. When you do, it won't calm down but Kochika will realise it wants to help with his plan to dig through in the tunnel and will become his partner, remaining in the tunnel
