Johto Starter Pokémon & Aerodcatyl

In addition to the full Hoenn Pokédex up to Jirachi, there are several Pokémon also available in the game, but they are quite rare. They are the Johto first Partner Pokémon, as well as the Fossil Pokémon, Aerodactyl

How to get the Johto Starter PokémonTo get these Pokémon, you have to do it through one of two methodsWith the Japanese version of the game, if you scan the corresponding e-reader card, then they will be the next Pokémon that will appear during the Capture chance mode. With the international version of the game, you can't get them through standard play. Instead, you can get them if you connect to another player who has got them as it registers them to your Pokédex. Then, if you have them registered in your Pokédex, after you have completed the standard Hoenn Pokédex up to 100 entries registered, have Latias or Latios caught depending on what board you're on, and have caught over 5 Pokémon during play, then the Pokémon will have a 1% chance of appearing in both fields at any time. The order of appearance is: Cyndaquil, then Totodile, then Chikorita and then Aerodactyl |
Once these Pokémon have been found, capturing them is done as Normal. However unfortunately you cannot evolve these Pokémon.
