Veilstone City

Veilstone City is a city to the north-east of the main island of Sinnoh. This city contains a lot of Team Galactic activity, with both their headquarters and their warehouse being located within the city. In addition to this, there is also a massage lady who will give your Pokémon a massage once a day to increase their happiness. It also has the department store of the Sinnoh region

Game Corner
The Veilstone City Game Corner is located in the south part of the city. The game here is a simple slot game where you control the three lines separately.

Meteorites
In the south-east of the city, there are numerous meteorites which can be used in order to change Deoxys form;

• Top - Speed Deoxys
• Middle - Normal Deoxys
• Bottom Left - Attack Deoxys
• Bottom Right - Defense Deoxys

Gym
The Veilstone City gym has differences between the games. In Diamond & Pearl, you have to move various boards in order to open up the path to continue on in the Gym, battling the trainers along the way. In Platinum, the puzzle has you have to move punching bags across the gym, taking out obstacles and making paths. At the end of the gym, you will encounter the Fighting-type leader; Maylene. Once you've defeated her, you can use HM02; Fly.
