In Pokémon Sleep, you have the ability to add multiple friends to the game. With this, each day you will get notifications for your friends sleep. This will show them the picture of the focal Pokémon in the report as well as showing the current Helper Team and the Sleep Score. It will also give you a Candy for the species that is the focus of their report

There is another element of this as well. Each time you receive a report from a friend, it will increase your Closeness with your friend. As you reach new levels with these friends, you will receive more items. Events will also have other benefits in the future.
