Pokémon Puzzle League features a variety of characters in the story. All of which come from the first two seasons of the Pokémon Anime. In the game, you will face these characters in the main 1 Player mode. However, in multiplayer, you can play as any one of the 15 possible characters and their three Pokémon. They are as follows
