Pokemon TCG Pocket has got a number of currencies and item exchanges that can be done. In addition to exchanging Pack Points for specific cards that you desire, you can get a variety of items and Promo cards exclusively in the in-game store

There is also a subscription service. This paid subscription costs $9.99/Ł7.99/€10.99 gives you a variety of bonuses. First and most notably it will give you an extra booster pack to open every day

In addition to that, it gives you access to a number of Subscription only missions which include things such as access to exclusive Promo cards and customisation items.

Poké Gold is the paid currency in the game. This is obtained through missions and by spending real money in the in-game shop. Poké Gold can be used to reduce the wait time for Booster Packs by 2 hours for each Poké Gold.
