The fifh of the new collections of Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Nintendo Switch Online icon parts has begun. This set will run for a week until December 25th 2024 at 00:59 UTC and features icons including Kieran & Carmine

The new Pokémon TCG Pocket set, Mythical Island is now live in the game and so our coverage of this set is beginning. We're currently compiling full details of all the new additions to the game with this set so be sure to keep checking our section.

Pokémon GO
Niantic has announced the next Pokémon GO City Safari events. These events will all run on March 29th and 30th 2025 and will introduce Shiny Mudbray & Mudsdale into the game.
The events will be held in Milan - Italy, Santiago - Chile, Singapore and Mumbai, India.
All events will feature spawns of Alolan Meowth, Gastly, Mr. Mime, Unown CIMS, Slugma, Corsola, Skarmory, Miltank, Lotad, Corphish, Buizel, Glameow, Munna, Tirtouga, Minccino, Espurr, Swirlix, Crabrawler, Mudbray and Jangmo-o
Corsola, Mime Jr., Mudbray and Jangmo-o will be in 7km Eggs
Ticket holders get an increased chance of Shiny Pokémon, up to 5 Special Trades a day, 50% Less Stardust for Trades and the Tiny Compass Souvenir

Pokémon Masters EX - Story Event
The "Focus on the Shining Shot" Story Event has begun a run in Pokémon Masters EX. This event focuses on the story of Professor Sycamore and Viola entering a photo Contest held for the Pasio Holiday party. It runs until December 31st 2024
To tie in with that, a new Seasonal Scout is available tot ge a chance to get all prior Holiday Sync Pairs

The next Pokémon GO event is rolling out globally. This event features Collection Challenges and more for the holiday period including the addition of a special costume Dedenne and the introduction of Shiny Sandygast into the game. It runs from 10:00 local time until 09:59 local time on December 22nd.

The Pokémon Café ReMix event, Collect with Gholdengo, has made its fortnightly return. This event has Gimmighoul appear as icons in the stages. If you collect them, you can earn rewards including Gholdengo. It runs until December 20th at 05:59 UTC
