Pokémon Forms

Pokémon forms have been a part of the Pokémon series since 1999 and always provide a different way to use various Pokémon. Some of these forms can be changed in battle such as with Castform and Cherrim who change depending on weather, but many of the Pokémon have got a variety of unique ways to get their forms, and Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon continues this.

There are some Pokémon where you recruit and connect with various different Pokémon of the same species, this is done based on gender and also form. An example of this is Rotom. However, there are some where you have to decide what form you're using in your Team before you go into a dungeon, some as you go into a dungeon, and some are randomly rotated.
