Technical Machines

Like the previous games, Pokémon Let's Go, Pikachu! & Let's Go, Eevee! have dozens of Technical Machines. Many of these are returning TMs from previous generations. Like all TMs since Black & White, they can be used multiple times.

TM06 Light Screen 30 -- -- A wondrous wall of light is put up to reduce damage from special attacks for five turns. Celadon City
TM07 Protect 10 -- -- Enables the user to evade all attacks. Its chance of failing rises if it is used in succession. Celadon City
TM08 Substitute 10 -- -- The user makes a copy of itself using some of its HP. The copy serves as the user's decoy. Saffron City
TM09 Reflect 20 -- -- A wondrous wall of light is put up to reduce damage from physical attacks for five turns. Celadon City
TM10 Dig 10 80 100 The user burrows, then attacks on the next turn. Cerulean City
TM11 Will-O-Wisp 15 -- 85 The user shoots a sinister, bluish-white flame at the target to inflict a burn. Viridian City
TM12 Facade 20 70 100 This attack move doubles its power if the user is poisoned, burned, or paralyzed. Route 7
TM13 Brick Break 15 75 100 The user attacks with a swift chop. It can also break barriers, such as Light Screen and Reflect. Route 10
TM14 Fly 15 90 95 The user soars and then strikes its target on the next turn. Route 16
TM15 Seismic Toss 20 -- 100 The target is thrown using the power of gravity. It inflicts damage equal to the user's level. Route 25
TM16 Thunder Wave 20 -- 90 The user launches a weak jolt of electricity that paralyzes the target. Route 25
TM17 Dragon Tail 10 60 90 The target is knocked away, and a different Pokémon is dragged out. In the wild, this ends a battle against a single Pokémon. Celadon City Department Store
TM18 U-turn 20 70 100 After making its attack, the user rushes back to switch places with a party Pokémon in waiting. Celadon City Department Store
TM19 Iron Tail 15 100 75 The target is slammed with a steel-hard tail. This may also lower the target's Defense stat. Celadon City Department Store
TM20 Dark Pulse 15 80 100 The user releases a horrible aura imbued with dark thoughts. This may also make the target flinch. Rocket Hideout
TM21 Foul Play 15 95 100 The user turns the target's power against it. The higher the target's Attack stat, the greater the move's power. Pokemon Mansion
TM22 Rock Slide 10 75 90 Large boulders are hurled at the opposing Pokémon to inflict damage. This may also make the opposing Pokémon flinch. Pokemon Mansion
TM23 Thunder Punch 15 75 100 The target is punched with an electrified fist. This may also leave the target with paralysis. Saffron City
TM24 X-Scissor 15 80 100 The user slashes at the target by crossing its scythes or claws as if they were a pair of scissors. Route 12
TM25 Waterfall 15 80 100 The user charges at the target and may make it flinch. Celadon City Department Store
TM26 Poison Jab 20 80 100 The target is stabbed with a tentacle or arm steeped in poison. This may also poison the target. Celadon City
TM27 Toxic 10 -- 90 A move that leaves the target badly poisoned. Its poison damage worsens every turn. Fuchsia City
TM28 Tri Attack 10 80 100 The user strikes with a simultaneous three-beam attack. May also burn, freeze, or paralyze the target. Celadon City Department Store
TM29 Scald 15 80 100 The user shoots boiling hot water at its target. This may also leave the target with a burn. Cerulean City
TM30 Bulk Up 20 -- -- The user tenses its muscles to bulk up its body, raising both its Attack and Defense stats. Celadon City Department Store
TM31 Fire Punch 15 75 100 The target is punched with a fiery fist. This may also leave the target with a burn. Route 15
TM32 Dazzling Gleam 10 80 100 The user damages opposing Pokémon by emitting a powerful flash. Route 12
TM33 Calm Mind 20 -- -- The user quietly focuses its mind and calms its spirit to raise its Sp. Atk and Sp. Def stats. Saffron City
TM34 Dragon Pulse 10 85 100 The target is attacked with a shock wave generated by the user's gaping mouth. Silph Co
TM35 Ice Punch 15 75 100 The target is punched with an icy fist. This may also leave the target frozen. Route 21
TM36 Thunderbolt 15 90 100 A strong electric blast crashes down on the target. This may also leave the target with paralysis. Vermilion City
TM37 Flamethrower 15 90 100 The target is scorched with an intense blast of fire. This may also leave the target with a burn. Silph Co
TM38 Thunder 10 110 70 A wicked thunderbolt is dropped on the target to inflict damage. This may also leave the target with paralysis. Power Plant
TM39 Outrage 10 120 100 The user rampages and attacks for two to three turns. The user then becomes confused. Victory Road
TM40 Psychic 10 90 100 The target is hit by a strong telekinetic force. This may also lower the target's Sp. Def stat. Saffron City
TM41 Earthquake 10 100 100 The user sets off an earthquake that strikes every Pokémon around it. Viridian City
TM42 Self-Destruct 5 200 100 The user attacks everything around it by causing an explosion. The user faints upon using this move. Silph Co
TM43 Shadow Ball 15 80 100 The user hurls a shadowy blob at the target. This may also lower the target's Sp. Def stat. Celadon City Department Store
TM44 Play Rough 10 90 90 The user plays rough with the target and attacks it. This may also lower the target's Attack stat. Celadon City
TM45 Solar Beam 10 200 100 In this two-turn attack, the user gathers light, then blasts a bundled beam on the next turn. Victory Road
TM46 Fire Blast 5 110 85 The target is attacked with an intense blast of all-consuming fire. This may also leave the target with a burn. Cinnabar Island
TM47 Surf 15 90 100 The user attacks everything around it by swamping its surroundings with a giant wave. Route 15
TM48 Hyper Beam 5 150 90 The target is attacked with a powerful beam. The user can't move on the next turn. Celadon City Department Store
TM49 Superpower 5 120 100 The user attacks the target with great power. However, this also lowers the user's Attack and Defense stats. Victory Road
TM50 Roost 10 -- -- The user lands and rests its body. It restores the user's HP by up to half of its max HP. Route 12
TM51 Blizzard 5 110 70 A howling blizzard is summoned to strike opposing Pokémon. This may also leave the opposing Pokémon frozen. Victory Road
TM52 Sludge Bomb 10 90 100 Unsanitary sludge is hurled at the target. This may also poison the target. Pokemon Mansion
TM53 Mega Drain 10 75 100 A nutrient-draining attack. The user's HP is restored by half the damage taken by the target. Celadon City
TM54 Flash Cannon 10 80 100 The user gathers all its light energy and releases it all at once. This may also lower the target's Sp. Def stat. Silph Co
TM55 Ice Beam 10 90 100 The target is struck with an icy-cold beam of energy. This may also leave the target frozen. Seafoam Islands
TM56 Stealth Rock 20 -- -- The user lays a trap of levitating stones around the opposing team. The trap hurts opposing Pokémon that switch into battle. Victory Road
TM57 Pay Day 20 40 100 Numerous coins are hurled at the target to inflict damage. Money is earned after the battle. Route 4
TM58 Drill Run 10 80 95 The user crashes into its target while rotating its body like a drill. Critical hits land more easily. Route 17
TM59 Dream Eater 15 100 100 The user eats the dreams of a sleeping target. It absorbs half the damage caused to heal its own HP. Route 12
TM60 Megahorn 10 120 85 Using its tough and impressive horn, the user rams into the target with no letup. Cerulean City
