Originally thought to be a Kanto Starter Exclusive set of moves, XD has revealed in the opening demo that Chikorita, Cyndaquil & Totodile may be able to learn these attacks. To get the Pokémon you have to defeat the Mt. Battle Challenge. Once complete you'll be offered one of three Starter Pokémon each with the following Attacks including the three elemental Hyper Beams

Frenzy Plant:

As with the other beams it attacks first go and rest's next go.
