Johto Starters

Much like the Ho-Oh in Pokémon Colosseum, in this game when you complete the Mt. Battle Challenge, you will be given a special gift of the Johto First Partner Pokémon. These Pokémon are typically harder to find during this generation and they come with a special gift of not just an Egg Move, but one of the "Elemental Beam" moves that was originally exclusive to the Kanto First Partner Pokémon in Pokémon FireRed & Pokémon LeafGreen. If you complete the challenge multiple times, you will be able to acquire all three.
