Several Kecleon block pathes while remaining completely invisible and thus uncatchable until you get the Devon Scope off Steven. Although it is necessary to enter the Fortree Gym as well, that Kecleon is not obtainable. By using the Scope on the various colour changing Pokemon on Route 119 or Route 120, you can enter in battle with them rather than find them in tall grass, where they are extremely rare.
